Chrome Space Privacy Policy

Chrome Space is a flight game for a general audience. This policy explains local game data, optional lighting features, rewarded advertising, Game Center and purchases. It covers the iPhone and iPad app; any future Android edition will be reviewed separately.

Who is responsible

Craytonium Sp. z o.o., based in Poland and referred to in this policy as Craytonium, is responsible for the personal information it processes in operating Chrome Space and responding to enquiries. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@craytonium.com. Our business correspondence address is Gocławska 9 lok. 6, 03-810 Warszawa, woj. mazowieckie, Poland. Apple and Google also process information when their services are used, as described below.

Game data on your device

Saved flights, settings, best distances, unlocked levels, achievement progress and records used to limit revives are stored on your device. The app does not automatically send your saved flights to a Craytonium server and does not require a Craytonium account. If Game Center is connected, achievement information is sent to Apple. Device or computer backups may include local app data, depending on your backup settings.

Optional location for sunlight

Lighting can use the device’s local clock without location access. If you enable approximate location, Chrome Space asks iOS for permission and uses a location fix to adjust sunlight for latitude and season. This fix is held in memory, not written to saved games or sent by our game code to Craytonium or AdMob. Disable this feature through Sun & reflections → Use local clock, or change permission in iOS Settings. Google may separately infer a general location from an IP address when advertising services are used.

Optional rewarded adverts

Chrome Space integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. The current app requests an advert when you choose a rewarded revive, after checking applicable consent requirements. The reward is one revive per level attempt. You can continue playing new flights without watching adverts. Where available, the ad-free purchase supplies the revive without requesting an advert.

Google’s advertising services may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, advert views and interactions, diagnostics, performance data and other app interactions. These support advert delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, service operation and, where permitted by your choices, personalised advertising. The providers and purposes applicable to a consent request are shown in its partner and options lists.

Read Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner apps and Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosures. The app has no separate third-party analytics integration in addition to these advertising services.

Your advertising choices

Where consent is required, the advertising consent form explains the available purposes and choices. You may refuse or customise consent. Refusal does not stop ordinary gameplay, although an advert or rewarded revive may be unavailable. Open the arrow menu → Game & ads → Advertising privacy to revisit choices when the consent service makes this available. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully performed. Device tracking and location permissions are separate settings.

Game Center and purchases

When connected to Game Center, Chrome Space uses an Apple game-player identifier to associate local achievement records with your account and reports achievement progress to Apple. You can play offline; manage your Game Center account in iOS Settings. Apple also processes purchases and restores. Chrome Space checks verified purchase entitlements to enable ad-free features; it does not receive your payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy information. Deleting a local save does not delete Apple’s achievement or transaction records.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use them to respond, investigate issues and keep necessary correspondence. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Our email hosting provider, 123 Reg, processes correspondence to deliver this service. See 123 Reg’s privacy information.

Purposes and legal bases

Where EU data-protection law applies, we use information necessary to provide requested game services or fulfil a purchase under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) for processing that requires consent, including applicable personalised-advertising purposes. We rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) to respond to enquiries, maintain service security and resolve disputes, subject to your rights. Processing required by law relies on Article 6(1)(c). Google’s consent form and provider notices explain their separate purposes and legal bases. Optional features are not required for ordinary gameplay; without information needed for a requested service, that service may not work.

Sharing and international processing

Apple and Google receive information through their integrated services. 123 Reg provides our email hosting and processes information you send by email to deliver that service. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Providers may process information outside Poland or the EEA. Their notices explain applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where used. See Google’s transfer safeguards and Apple’s privacy information above. Contact us for details about safeguards applicable to information held by Craytonium.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you delete it using available game controls or delete the app. Individual save deletion does not clear all settings, best scores, achievement queues or revive records. Offloading preserves app data; backups must be managed separately. We cannot remotely retrieve or erase information held only on your device. Google and Apple retain service information under their own policies and account controls.

We retain support emails and their attachments for up to 12 months after an enquiry is resolved, to handle follow-up questions and recurring issues. We then delete them from our active mailboxes. We may retain only the information necessary for longer where required by law or while a related dispute or legal claim remains unresolved; we delete it when that reason no longer applies. Copies in email-provider backups may remain until those backups expire under the provider’s retention schedule. This support-email period does not determine how long Apple or Google retain information in their services.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and withdraw consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Contact info@craytonium.com to exercise rights concerning information held by Craytonium. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Requests concerning Apple or Google accounts may need to be addressed to those providers.

You may lodge a complaint with Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or another competent supervisory authority. See UODO’s website.

Children and automated decisions

Chrome Space is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. The game does not ask for a date of birth. General-audience status does not itself establish a player’s age. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to Craytonium, contact us. Chrome Space does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Advertising providers may personalise adverts based on information and choices described in their notices.

This page and policy changes

This policy page contains no advertising, analytics scripts or embedded third-party resources. Our website is hosted through 123 Reg. Visiting this page may generate server logs containing connection information such as an IP address, requested page and access time, for delivering and securing the website. The 12-month support-email period does not apply to these technical logs. Contact us for information about website logs and their retention. We will update this policy when the app or its data practices change and use an appropriate in-app notice or renewed consent where needed.
